Do I need to disclose AI on Google Play?
Short answer: Not for pre-made AI assets. Google Play's AI-Generated Content policy is aimed at apps that generate content with AI while they run. If your game does that (AI NPC dialogue, AI image generation), you're responsible for preventing offensive output and must let users report or flag it in-app. Apps that only host AI-generated content and can't create it are not the policy's target.

What the official terms say
"Developers are responsible for ensuring that their generative AI apps do not generate offensive content"

What it means for your game
- Pre-made AI art, music or voice in your game: no Play-specific AI label found; your tool licence still applies.
- Runtime generative AI: prevent prohibited or offensive output and give players an in-app way to report it.
- Data: if player input goes to a cloud AI, cover it in your privacy disclosures as you would for any data you collect.
- Other stores: Steam asks you to declare pre-made AI content too. See the store comparison.
