Guides › Can I ship it?
Can you sell games made with AI?
Short answer: Yes. Steam, itch.io, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store/Xbox, Google Play and the App Store all accept games made with AI. What differs is disclosure: Steam requires it; itch.io requires it for assets and asks games to tag; Xbox and Google Play regulate runtime AI; Apple regulates sharing player data with AI; Epic asks nothing. Two more checks: the tool plan you used must allow commercial use, and purely AI-generated assets may not be copyrightable.
