Can I use Udio music commercially, or in a game?

Short answer: No, not under Udio's current Terms. The Terms (last revised November 12, 2025) say you may not download Output and may not exploit any Output for a commercial purpose. We found no paid-plan exception, so a paid plan doesn't change this. Use a music tool whose terms allow games.

What the official terms say

"You may not download copies of any Output or any other output generated by the Services."

"exploit the Services, any Output, or the outputs of other users for any commercial purpose"

"If you exploit or otherwise make any public use of any Output, or any content that includes any Output (in whole or in part)"
