Can I use Suno music in my game?
Short answer: Yes, if you are on a paid plan (Pro or Premier) and the song is one you downloaded through Suno within your plan's monthly download allowance. Songs from the free or Basic tier are for personal, non-commercial use only. Suno also says it can't promise any copyright exists in the songs, and Steam wants AI music disclosed.

What the official terms say
"Free or Basic Tier Accounts: If you are a user of the free or basic tier of the Service then you covenant and agree that you will only use such Outputs for your lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes."
"Suno hereby assigns to you all of its right, title and interest in and to any Output owned by Suno and generated from Submissions made by you through the Service, provided such Output will remain subject to these Terms of Service including any applicable commercial use restrictions."
"You may not commercially exploit Output that has not been downloaded by you through an approved channel under these Terms of Service."
"The number of Downloads you are permitted per month depends on your service tier"
"Due to the nature of machine learning, Suno makes no representation or warranty to you that any copyright will vest in any Output."
"This includes content such as artwork, sound, narrative, localization, etc."

What it means for your game
- Free / Basic tier: not for a commercial game. The Terms limit those outputs to personal, non-commercial use.
- Pro / Premier: Suno assigns its rights in the song to you, but commercial use is limited to songs you downloaded through an approved channel. Each tier gets a monthly download allowance, shown in your Suno account. We have not verified the per-tier numbers.
- Upgrading later doesn't cover old songs. Suno's help centre says songs made on the free plan are not licensed retroactively.
- Copyright is not guaranteed. You can sell the game, but you may not be able to stop someone else reusing a purely AI-generated track. See the US Copyright Office position.
- On Steam, AI-generated sound counts as content that ships, so declare it in the Content Survey.
