Guides › Can I ship it?
Can I use Tripo 3D models commercially?
Short answer: Only on a paid plan. Tripo's Terms (last updated July 11, 2025) say Tripo retains all rights in the inputs and outputs of Free Users, while Paid Users 'generally have all rights'. Free models are also public. Generate anything you'll ship on a paid plan, and disclose AI 3D art on Steam.
